Yeah yeah...I haven't posted for a long time..bite me....

In the collective interest of the 1st Commando Battalion...5th and 6th Coy + numerous others...

We are being sent overseas on SAF's money again to go through pain, suffering and torment among other delightful things that await us in the wonderful country of Thailand...

Don't be mistaken..I like thailand..when I go there for a HOLIDAY...not some dumb training schedule...WHY?!?!?! The things I am going to miss the most are my family, my computer, my BED..oh so comfortable...and a CLEAN toilet to bathe in...yes..CLEAN!!! From what I hear, the toilet at the camp is run down...ARGH!!! I can't stand dirty toilets...yes, I'm a guy, and yes I love to bitch about things...I'm outspoken...my blog, my turf, my rules...

So as I sit here at home, still not fully packed, the air port crews are probably doing a final run down inspection of the aircraft that will carry mine and another 170 odd sorry asses over into Thailand...I'll be gone..ka Poof!! from today until the end of the month..sigh...

Looking on the 'brighter' side of it..the only thing i can see is a low watt bulb....is that I will be on leave from the 1-6th of november...anyone want to take pity on my dishevelled body and go out with me for FOOD!!! Ah Ha!! Not so....yes yes..my post makes no sense..I'm a ravin lunatic who's been chanting "I don't want to go Thailand" for almost the whole day with the effectiveness of a child crying his lungs out in the supermarket for this mom to buy him a box of ciggs......

Also on a slightly brighter note..I've heard that the Thais there are really friendly..At least that is something to alleviate my pain and misery...and OH LOOK!! When there is some bright spark..I go downhill again...the weather is very hot in the day and it can drop to near 17 degrees C at night..WHOOP JOY!!!! Hooray!! It's a huge aircon system...I would love it...had I 1) My bed to sleep in. 2) Not be in the field...JEEZ!!!

Looking at my countdown timer I downloaded...I have about 3 1/2 hrs to reach the airport...15 days to get back home...and 9mths 7 days 3 hours 34mins to ORD!!!!!!

Come on people. RANT WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
